What is a trigger point?

Trigger points will develop if you have heel pain. Trigger points need to be addressed if you want to fix your heel pain. Below explains exactly how to fix these trigger points:
The reason that these trigger points exist is a bit complex. To summarize, a trigger point exists to induce reduced motion in the joints surrounding an injury. This mechanism forces the injured person to rest the area so that they do not hurt it further. Trigger points are a very important step in fixing an injury, but having trigger points for an extended duration will cause more problems than they can fix.
